Job Description:-
- To provide CAD drafting/BIM modelling and documentation support.
- To assist in planning, design, presentation and documentation.
- To work closely with architects, consultants and project teams to ensure successful completion of assignments within a given timeline.
- To ensure quality of model, elements and information required at each stage of project.
- To coordinate and resolve clashes as part of modelling process.
- To communicate issues back to project team.
- To assist on documentation for record and submission related to BIM processes.
- Able to handle different scales of projects concurrently.
- All other works related to BIM matters.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:-
- Min. Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
- Possess proficiency in latest version of AutoCAD 3D designing and Revit.
- At least 5-year of relevant working experience, especially in construction industry for landed residential projects.
- Must be pro-active and have good communication skills.
- Ability to solve problem and work independently.
- Have strong technical knowledge and familiar with construction industry standards and practices.
