Duties and Responsibilities
· Receive and Verification of incoming stock
· Update Purchase Orders and Inventory information in the system
· Ensure accuracy of inventory information in system and physical stock
· Assist to load and unload deliveries as needed
· Planning of incoming containers to avoid D&D penalty
· Liaise with Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, Fleet, Operation to support the incoming and distribution of goods seamlessly
· Maintain a clean and safe working environment
· Participate in stock take
· Follow all safety procedures and regulations
Requirements and Qualifications
· Diploma or equivalent
· Physically fit to lift stocks
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
· Able to work independently and as part of a team
· Experience in a warehouse environment preferred
· Rotating night-duties
· Right attitude, willing to learn
· 5.5 days work week (Alternate Sat)
