- 3 to 5 years of experience in the Education industry.
- Experience in implementing and involvement in business analysis work.
- Experience with manual/automated web testing, including functional, API, and UI/UX testing.
- Work closely with users, conducting workshops to analyse and gather user requirements through developments with overlapping activities.
- Participate in product review sessions with business stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the vendor on user requirements to ensure implementation aligns with endorsed requirements.
- Conduct system testing, including Functional and Regression Tests, and System Integration Testing.
- Verify business rules and detailed data.
