They are looking for:
- Group Finance Manager
- Asst Group Finance Manager
Job Scope:
- Financial controlling and hands-on quarterly, half-yearly and annual report preparation
- Handle tax queries (Corporate income tax, property tax, withholding tax)
- Liaise with tax officers for Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia tax
- Banking transactions processing and approval, responding to banking queries and contractual negotiation
- Consolidation, including joint ventures, non-controlling interests and associates.
- Fixed asset and deferred tax management
- Financial statements preparation and audit sub-schedules preparation
- Handling internal audit and external audit
- Daily transactions processing, monitoring and approval
- Knowledge in IFRS, SFRS, ITA
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or Finance
- Current CA or CPA member
- SAP knowledge (But not a must)
- Willing to travel overseas sometimes only (not often)
