Working Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours
Hourly pay: $11.50 per hour
6 Months Contract
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team members in recruitment-related operations matters.
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage interview logistics, including room bookings and virtual meeting setups.
- Conduct initial resume screenings to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate applications in our recruitment databases.
- Support generation of reports and metrics to support recruitment analytics.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- Proficient in MS Office applications i.e. Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Organized, meticulous and attention to details
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work under a tight schedule and fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to a wide range of work procedure and operational guidelines
