Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical solution and consultation and proactively work with sales team and customers
- Act as a front-end supporting role by conducting joint visit with sales team to customer site to identify customer requirement
- Project management and driving coordination among cross functional team
- Attend and manage quality issues to ensure on-time follow-up and resolution
- Prepare technical proposal including technical drawing and calculation
- Conduct training and technical presentation to customers and internal team members
- Support identifying new potential applications with high passion to learning continuously
- Address customer concerns, technical clarification, troubleshooting, and failure analysis
- Support internal team and ad-hoc duties if required
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Material Engineering, or related fields with 1-2 years of relevant experience
