Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding business processes and identifying business requirements and translate into functional specifications
- Assist in tracking and reporting of project progress, issues and risks to ensure deliverables are on track
- Effective management of day-to-day IT operations by ensuring IT requests and incidents are attended and resolved within the defined service level agreements
- Manage IT related equipment and ensure they function properly at all times
- Assist in supporting multiple applications systems and platforms
- Manage cloud operations
- Provide Enterprise IT support
- Design and create enterprise architecture framework
- Develop Business Continuity Plan
- Installation, patching, troubleshooting, and managing of Linux server on cloud environment.
- Managing and updating of company’s website
Job Requirements:
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Information Technology with 3-5 years related experience
- Preferably with experience on Linux and SQL server
- Knowledge on PHP/ other web programming languages/ API integration will be an advantage
