-Provide Pre-sales & Post-Sales support to Customers using our cloud-based HRMS, ERP & other business solutions.
-Work on support strategy
-Implementation of Project full cycle includes the following but not limited to the following
- Meeting / discussion to gather requirements
- Communicate with development team on customer needs, after development test the outcome, help on implementation.
- Assist in functional specifications, documentations, test cases
- Responsible for training (Onsite / online) & support for end users
- Any additional job functions assign by team
- Assist in the implementation of other enterprise projects.
- To assist in other support activities and other software-related issue if no training and implementation is in progress
- Project status need to be updated regularly with project manager & management
- Self-motivated & Good Decision-making skills
- Friendly, patient and focus on customer service is important
- Excellent communication skills & team player
-Qualification: ICT realted Diploma or above (IT Related)
-1-4 years in Software Support Experience (Saas & Enterprise software solutions will be advantages)
