Job Scope:
- Perform human resource functions of compensation and benefits, performance management, manpower planning and HR data reporting.
- Review and implement strategies, policies and initiatives related to compensation and benefits and performance management.
- Execute various compensation exercises including annual salary increment and review
- Review manpower requisitions to ensure compliance with guidelines, provide timely and accurate manpower reports, as well as HR statistics and data analysis for strategic decision-making.
- To review and ensure HR policies and procedures are in line with legislations and company requirements.
- To support the implementation of HR initiatives, Systems and Policies in line with Company’s objectives.
Requirements:
- Degree in HRM or Business Management.
- 5 years of HR experience
- Meticulous, well organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Able to communicate well with all levels of people and has good written skill.
- A team player with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Able to start work immediate or short notice
