- Analyzes and reports on area data (financial, headcount, etc.) and performance metrics.
- Supports business management projects by documenting risks, issues and action items.
- Drives meeting planning in support of business projects and objectives. Shortlisting call-backs or writing rejection emails.
- Creating reports that monitor progress on projects and measure performance against goals.
- Communicating with customers to provide information about products or services, answer questions about orders, or resolve problems with billing or shipping.
- Managing a team of employees by providing guidance and feedback on work performance.
- Answering phones and responding to emails from customers or other departments.
- Managing employee performance, including hiring, firing, and performance evaluations.
- Planning and coordinating events such as corporate meetings, conferences, seminars, and workshops.
- Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies to ensure adequate supply levels at all times.
- Coordinating with departments such as accounting, human resources, and IT to ensure that all operational needs are met.
- Developing strategic plans for the company by analyzing market conditions and identifying potential opportunities for growth.
- Ensure that a client's needs are met during a visit or a transaction.
- Also provide technical support to the users laptop/desktops in case of any issues with those assets.
