Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales supports such as product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Take lead in scientific/ experimental design discussions to analyze customers' needs and match them with our product offerings
- Responsible for post-sales activities such as applications, hardware and software hands-on training
- Collaborate closely with customers to address queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide training on product features, functions, and optimal usage
- Deliver on-site user application support to customers
- Conduct user meetings, workshops, seminars
- Preparation of technical documents and reports
- Manage demo lab and ensure good laboratory practices: demo instruments, facilities and chemical inventory
- Support sales team in accounts/ customers management and sales & marketing activities to achieve growth target as a team
Requirements:
- Minimum Master / PhD in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Microbiology, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Chemical Science, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or related disciplines
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience of scientific equipment operation and troubleshooting as well as laboratory inventory management
- Team player with a great attitude
- Willing to learn and involve actively in pre-sales market survey and business development
- Sense and interpersonal skills of customer relationship
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, changing environment
- Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently, and efficiently
