Responsibilities:
- The keeper of all Key performance Indicators or KPIs, scorecard reporting related to the assigned Operations.
- Understand the objective of each parameters, definition, target, calculation, frequency, source, retrieval method.
- Highlight issues of failing Key performance Indicators (KPIs) and trigger correction action with relevant function.
- Collaborate with other departments to adopt digitalization opportunities through designing, developing and implementing applications and workflow platforms for automation.
- Analyse data trends to identify improvement areas, streamline and follow through to implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics and/or Engineering
- At least 1 years of working experience in Logistics / 3PL industry
- Hands on experiences in Python, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), and visualization tools (PowerBI)
- Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning.
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive.
