- Oversee the daily operations of the Centre
- Liaising with tutors, parents and students
- Provide quality customer service through understanding of customers’ queries and needs
- Ensure that all customer enquiries are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed timeframe
- Ensure that student resources, stationery and merchandise are well stocked in the Centre
- Monitor and escalate any urgent/complex issues to management
- Counter sales of tuition packages
- Coordinating marketing and sales activities at branchCommunicating with parents on the new tuition schedules for every start of the semesters or academic year
- Administer daily and monthly reports
- Periodic preparation for new academic year as well as semesters
- Must be energetic and have a business mindset
- Able to work both weekends.
