General Summary of Responsibilities
Fully responsible for the day to day operations of the assigned condominium
Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and site staff / contractors assigned to the condominium.
Carry out all maintenance functions according to contractual requirements and/or government regulations.
Handles renewal of term contracts and maintenance of contractual records.
Establish and maintain good relationship with SPs and occupiers of the condominium
Prepare agenda and co-ordinate Council Meetings
Attend and record Minutes of Meetings at Council Meetings and Annual General Meetings
Ensure compliance with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA)
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Building / Real Estate Management or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in property management is preferred.
Experience in MCST work and knowledge of BMSMA is an added advantage
