Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, Procurement and Ordering of Feedstock to the Plant, packaging materials and Logistics and Shipping Service
- Creation and management and review of purchase plan for the Plant and Packaging Materials
- Import clearance and delivery control
- Contract & Quotes Negotiation with Suppliers and 3PL
- Responsible for new suppliers qualification and existing supplier’s performance evaluation
- Send out RFQ to Logistics Services Provider
- Dispatch information to fellow Logistics Team members
- Performance Evaluation of 3PL
- Perform Month End Closing Operation
- Creation and updating of Month End Report
- Price Trend Monitoring and update
- Provide support in HY and FY Budgeting
- Filing and other administrative duties
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics Operations or equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) of relevant working experience. Experience in Petrochemical or Chemical Plants Procurement preferred
- Proficient in MS Office including Ms Words, Excel (preferably advance) , PPT, and other applications
- Skilled in SAP/ERP SD and MM modules
