Job Responsibilities
- Carry out all maintenance work to ensure the smooth operation and effective management of the estate
- Conduct daily inspections and ensure defects are promptly reported and follow up with the necessary repairs
- Ensure that all assigned maintenance functions are carried out according to contractual requirement.
- Ensure compliance with divisional policies & ISO Procedures.
Job Requirements
- NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience or 5 years of hands-on experience in builing or maintenance services
