- To issue POs to suppliers
- To source for products or sub-contractors whenever needed
Operations
- To arrange with our manpower and customer on installation schedule
- To manage project status
- Handle receive incoming and issue outgoing goods
May be tasked to work on ac-hoc projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. diploma / degree in any field, preferably Business Management or Operations related
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skill
- Knowledge of using MS Office, Google Workspace, Google Calendar
- Excellent communication skills, effectively bilingual (English and Mandarin)
- Passionate, energetic and a team player
