Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance airfreight operations
- Collaborate with senior management to align airfreight strategies with overall company objectives
- Oversee day-to-day airfreight import and export operations
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Optimize processes to achieve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Lead and motivate a small team of airfreight specialists
- Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their airfreight needs are met
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with airlines, customs brokers, and other service providers to ensure smooth operations
- Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve airfreight performance
- Monitor and report on E-AWB, FWB/FHL, and operational automation KPIs
- Facilitate effective communication among air product teams, key accounts, and team members at various organizational levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to formulate and implement a robust pricing strategy
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma in Logistics Management or related disciplines
- Possess 3-5 years of relevant experience
