Our client is establishing a new travel agency and is in search of a pioneering Product Development Manager to join their inaugural team.
Position Overview:
As a Product Development Manager, you'll create and enhance our travel offerings, design engaging routes, manage visa processes, and foster client relationships to grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Travel Products: Create innovative travel experiences aligned with client needs.
- Design Routes: Develop captivating travel routes catering to various interests.
- Visa Management: Oversee visa processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain client relationships while seeking new opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Identify industry trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration: Work with teams to ensure seamless execution of travel products.
- Budgeting & Analysis: Manage budgets and evaluate performance metrics.
Requirement
- Preferably a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business / Tourism field
- At least 3 years in travel product development, specializing in tours and routes.
- Proficiency in visa processes for diverse destinations.
- Strong industry network and client management skills.
- Excellent communication and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for travel and creating exceptional experiences.
