Responsibilities:
• Set up the stamping tool within process specifications limits
• Servicing of stamping die including sharpening of punches etc.
• Take measurements to ensure product meets specifications.
• Follow instruction in daily production to meet good quality output target.
• Carry out corrective and preventive action on quality and non-conformance
• Follow control parameter setting as per written specification and instruction.
• Check all activities/processes perform within his operation as listed in checklist.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Precision/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering
- Min 1-2 year of relevant experience
