Regional Sales Manager (Appliance / West / APAC / B2B / High-end) PW24

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and sales goal.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in new territories for all appliance product range.
  • Implement trade promotions by publishing, tracking and evaluating trade spending.
  • Maintain and expand customer base, develop positive relationships, and maintain good rapport with key customers as well as identify new customer opportunities.
  • Conduct sales training for importers/customers.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with sales support to ensure orders, shipment and payments are in order.
  • Manage significant opportunity pipelines to guarantee success and regional growth.
  • Analyse monthly sales outcomes and create reports for upper management.
  • Responsible for project sales activities in Singapore and Southeast Asia, with primary focus on pitching and securing luxury real estate projects with designers, architects, contractors, consultants and developers.
  • Provide product quotations for prospective tenders and be proficient in the project tender process.
  • Perform site inspections, attend site meetings, and address any site issues, including training of contractors and ensuring that products are properly installed.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirement

  • Degree in Sales / Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales into high-end residential projects
  • Experienced in forecasting sales and building a customer base with developers, designers, architects and consultants
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate/construction industry and a professional network in Singapore and the APAC region
  • Strong track record of success in B2B sales
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Knowledge of appliance products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to interact at all levels internally as well as externally from different cultures/backgrounds
  • Ability to influence with excellent negotiation skills and possess business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to analyse market needs and convert them into commercial success
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating with others, a self-starter, and ability to work with minimal supervision
