Responsibilities
- Responsible for the project's electrical system specifications, design submission, shop drawings, and details.
- Review the project's requirements to develop design calculations for the electrical and/or power supply systems.
- Work with relevant departments to develop effective designs and solutions.
- Ensure that all installations, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment conform to standards, safety, timelines, and budgets.
- Report any abnormalities in electrical or power systems that will impact the project and conduct investigations immediately.
- Ensure all paperwork is submitted on time and follows the project specifications.
- Monitor the project progress and attend any technical discussions and meetings with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, stakeholders, and vendors to provide regular updates.
- Ensure all work activities are carried out and that all applicable regulations and standards are met.
Requirements
- Minimum degree in engineering or equivalent, and above.
- Preferably with at least 5 to 8 years of working experience in the construction industry or working with LTA projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage project timelines and budgets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Familiar with construction worksite safety practices.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work with various stakeholders.
- 5.5 working days.
