Join our high-performing Infrastructure and Energy Capital team to support a Senior Advisor and team members in the principal investments side of our Asia Pacific business. Our Infrastructure and Energy Capital team invests Macquarie’s balance sheet into infrastructure and energy projects and companies.

What role will you play?
You will provide secretarial support to the regional head of Critical Minerals and Energy department as well as perform administrative duties for the small Asia team. This involves extensive diary management; arranging internal and external face-to-face meetings as well as facilitating multiple video calls per week (managing the waiting room where needed); distributing the meeting agenda, presentations and updating participants as and when required. You will manage the team’s domestic and international travel arrangements including accommodation, visas, client entertainment and expense claims. You will regularly interact with other assistants to coordinate conference calls with international offices and across different time zones.
What you offer
- Proven track record in providing C-level executive support within the professional services industry (banking and finance, consulting or legal)
- Extensive experience in inbox management including filing of emails, arranging paperwork and board level documents for meetings
- Proactive attitude to understand the nature of business and priorities within the team, while maintaining a high level of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organisational, planning and multi-tasking abilities, with the expertise to effectively manage conflicting priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to seamlessly interact with the global executive assistants’ team, stakeholders, and senior executives within a fast-paced environment.
