As a BDR intern at Intellect, your primary responsibility will be to drive the initial stages of the sales process. You will actively engage in prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation to identify potential clients. Conduct thorough research on target companies and industries to tailor outreach strategies. Your goal is to secure meetings with key decision-makers, providing them with insights into Intellect's mental health solutions. This role is instrumental in expanding Intellect's client base and contributing to the company's growth. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients through market research, leveraging online platforms, and other relevant resources.
- Generate leads and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients.
Cold Calling and Outreach
- Initiate and conduct cold calls to engage with decision-makers in target companies.
- Tailor communication to effectively communicate Intellect's mental health solutions and benefits.
Research on Companies:
- Conduct in-depth research on target companies, understanding their organizational structure, pain points, and industry trends.
- Provide insights to enhance outreach strategies and align solutions with client needs.
Meeting Setup:
- Secure and schedule meetings with key decision-makers to present Intellect's offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads into the sales pipeline.
Communication and Relationship Building:
- Maintain clear and professional communication with potential clients.
- Build rapport and establish the foundation for long-term relationships with prospective customers.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

- Currently a university student. Pursuing a degree in Sales, Business, Psychology, or a related field would be beneficial. However, the focus should be on the individual's skills and aptitude.
- Open to students from Singapore (hybrid), Philippines (remote), Malaysia (remote) and Indonesia (remote)
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication to engage with potential clients and articulate Intellect's value proposition.
- Strong research skills to gather comprehensive information about target companies, industries, and market trends.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and a natural inclination for identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
