Internship in network infrastructure services team
Tasks will include:
- Write and updates software application using latest web technologies.
- Plan, create and update technical documentation.
- Effectively collaborate with regional teams and follow-up operational tasks.
- Assist in initiating customer surveys for service improvement.
- Enhancement of operational documentation
- Review and enhancement of monitoring and alerting
- Other administrative tasks on need basis.
