- Assist and attend to customers’ enquiries/ complaints with patience and professional manner through phone calls, online portal and emails etc.
- Generate catering orders and quotation.
- Cooperate and liaise with other departments for any necessary arrangement/ issues regarding catering orders.
- Liaise with outsource suppliers for necessary logistics/ catering items.
- Provide support and assistance to team members.
- Allocate job tasks to team members fairly when necessary.
- Assist on the review of catering sales process, standard operation procedures and practices.
- Perform any other duties to be assigned from time to time by superiors.
