Job description
- Customize and enhance SAP functionalities (FI, CO, MM), including custom developments and configurations
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for SAP FICO and MM modules
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Participate in SAP projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations
- Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP FICO and MM functionalities
- Participate in CAB, regular meetings, and discussions with Local and Group IT teams to share updates, gather feedback, and align on project timelines and deliverables
- Strong internal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in collaborating with internal teams, including developers, analysts, and functional consultants, to design and implement SAP FICO / MM solutions
- Proven track record of fostering a collaborative and communicative work environment within project teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP FICO and MM modules, with a focus on cross-domain integration with CRM and K2
- Strong internal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in collaborating with internal teams, including developers, analysts, and functional consultants
- Proven track record of fostering a collaborative and communicative work environment within project teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
- SAP certifications in FICO and MM modules are a plus
- Experience in data migration and system interfaces is desirable
