Job Description : -
- Coordinate and manage M&E works
- Ensure M&E works are perform on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
- Responsible for the supervision and coordination of M&E works at project site
- Good technical knowledge and site construction experience of M&E such as Electical , ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary etc
- Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural
- Coordinators and Design Engineers to issue drawing for approval
Job Requirement : -
· Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and / or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination will be an advantage
· Min 5 years or more experience as M&E Coordinator in local construction firm with HDB project experience
