In the course of our expansion, our company is looking for an excellent Food Hall Operations Manager to join us on our new adventure. With divest food concepts and settings, we are looking for an operational leader to asssit our new Business Unit set up.
We are operating the largest outdoor F&B container park locally. Spanning an area of 38000 sqf, we aspire to create a space that goes beyond just the food, with community spaces, immersive art & entertainment experiences with a festival vibe.
The candidate we are searching for should possess rich F&B ground operations experience and acute business acumen, and will work closely with the Operations Manager on all the park’s operations matter.

Expected Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the container park’s day to day operations
- Achieve BU’s KPI and company objectives
- Recruitment, assessment and training of operations team
- Design operations framework
- Monitor and enforce SOP and service benchmarks
- Ensure high quality of customer service consistently
- Maintain BU’s desired image and positioning
- Lead and guide the set up team
- Manage F&B partners
- Work with the Marketing Department and assist with tactical executions
- Work with Business Department in achieving quarterly KPI
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in any discipline
- Fluent in English and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experienced in designing and implementing GTO system
- Minimum 3 years big scale operations experiences
- Possess up to date industry trends
- Good analytical skill and with numbers
- Good work ethics, positive attitude and pleasant personality
- Good leadership skills and a team player
