Job Responsibilities
- Promoting and effectively representing and communicating the brand through passion and understanding of all our services.
- Achieve and exceed assigned personal / company sales targets.
- Experience in handling & closing high ticket sales.
- Oversee and ensure efficiency, profitability to meet KPIs of the outlet.
- Devising daily Sales Planning.
- Oversee all customer care / administrative operations & programs.
- Assist in Inventory Management.
- Actively following up & maintaining the after-sales relationship with customers.
- Ensuring & delivering high levels of results satisfaction & experience to customers.
- Working & building a cohesive environment with a team.
- To guide and lead the team to hit their monthly set targets.
Avid learners who are motivated to keep up with the latest technologies and devices. - Perform Face, Skin, Body, Hair and Scalp treatments with excellent skill and service attitude.
- Make professional recommendations on products, treatments and packages to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service with professional touch.
- Play an active role in customer referral and retention.
- Qualified candidates can anticipate a substantial salary increase ranging from $500 to $1000 above their current compensation.
Requirements
- Possess relevant CIDESCO/ CIBTEC / ITEC or other relevant Beauty and/or Wellness certifications will be a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Well groomed with pleasant disposition & personality..
- Proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Competent, self motivated and results oriented..
- Solid communication & presentation abilities in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and associates.
