Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Chemical
- Position Title: Finance Executive (Payroll Processing)/ Payroll Executive
- Working Location: Tanjong Penjuru (Company transport provided at Buona Vista/ Jurong East)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5.15 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + Transport Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus + Insurance
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Handle payroll processing
- Handle and process volume rebate and commission
- Maintain & safe-keep volume rebate, commission contracts and master file
- Update master file such as contractual party, product and different tier rates
- Handle SAP accrual of volume rebate and commission
- Handle drop shipment orders
- Carry out month-end closing activities
- Assist in budget preparation
- Handle government surveys
- Other Finance duties as assigned

- Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- At least 3 years of related experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Familiar with SAP
