Hikari Real Estate is seeking an outgoing, self-motivated, and customer-oriented building supervisor/concierge to join our building management team in Singapore.
Role Description:
This role is to support the Asset Manager in running the building operations on a day-to-day basis, while acting as the main interface between the landlord, tenants, agents and visitors to the building etc. This is a small boutiques-sized Grade-A office building (with only a handful of tenants) and located at the heart of Raffles Place. The building supervisor/concierge will be the "anchor person" for the building. The building supervisor/concierge will also be tasked to assist the Asset Manager in the management of client's properties located in the Central District including shophouses and strata office units.

Key Responsibilities:
- To man the concierge desk located in the building lobby, to represent the building in a presentable, professional, and friendly manner.
- There will be a security guard available to stand in should you be required to attend to other matters or during lunch hours.
- Assist visitors to the building, including performing signing in/out process for visitors, contractors etc. ensuring all visitors to the build are properly recorded.
- Assist to agents / relevant parties to promote the building as and when necessary.
- Assisting and redirecting tenants to the relevant parties for tenancy matters including renewals etc.
- Answering phone calls, email, and other relevant enquiries.
- Receive and redirect parcels, couriers, etc.
- Ensure that complaints with regards to breakdowns, cleanliness and general operational matters relating to the building are reported to the respective person/contractor in charge, then to facilitate/coordinate and ensure the rectification process is carried out to satisfaction.
- As and when required e.g. when there may be an important function in the building, to extend work hours from time to time if necessary.
- From time to time, to walk through and critically inspect the building with the Facility Manager / Security Guard and ensure the building is upkept in a good condition by liaising with the relevant parties / contractors.
- To keep a servicing schedule and facilitate/coordinate with relevant parties to ensure all maintenance and servicing work are carried out in a timely manner, reporting to the Facility Manager as required.
- To assist the Facility Manager in preparing monthly building reports etc. for the building owners.
- Other responsibilities reasonably assigned by line manager.
Qualifications / Skillset:
- Diploma in real estate management, property/facility management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate or property management fields.
- Effective communication, relationship building skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic MS Words and Excel knowledge.
