Finance Business Partner II 1 Year Contract

Monthly Salary: up to $9000 per month

1 Year Contract


Responsibilities:

Partner divisions / project teams in funding requests, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis such as :

  • Month/year-end close activities such as accruals are being performed timely.
  • Detail monitoring and analysis of operating revenue, expenses and capital expenditure utilisation against budget and funding source
  • Prepare financial performance, full year forecasts and provide commentaries on the variances.
  • Partner project team on monthly forecasts and budget submission including review the submission.
  • Ensure compliance of company policies, accounting standards.
  • Conceptualise and build Tableau dashboarding and troubleshooting dashboard errors where necessary.
  • Assist in implementation of Tableau Dashboard including data collation and wrangling of data on excel prior to upload of data to Tableau server.
  • Verifying data that is transpose from current excel to Tableau and ensuring accuracy of dashboards.
  • Improvement to Tableau Dashboard including minor bug fixes as well as impact analysis of new requirements and features.
  • Prepare PPT and provide project update management on a weekly basis.
  • Able to clearly articulate, summarise issues and roadblocks to management including propose solutions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or a relevant professional accounting qualification with at least 8 years of experience. Prior experience in Finance Business Partner and Technology company is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships, stakeholder management, communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively “outside the box” and have strong business acumen.
  • Positive, can-do attitude, meticulous, able to work with large amount of data and do hands-on task.
  • Ability to adapt and working in a fast paced, rapid changing environment and comfortable in proposing, justifying, initiating, and implementing change
  • Proficient in Workday, Dashboarding tools and Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, Programming knowledge will be an advantage
