Responsibilities:
- Reviews the contractual terms and conditions in Main Contract and Offshore Hook-up and Commissioning Subcontract
- Reviews the commercial terms especially the pricing and payment section in the Main Contract and Hook-up and Commissioning Subcontract
- Prepares monthly invoice to the Client and follow up on the payment status and update the invoicing and payment register
- Assists Project Claim Lead with regards to the reimbursable claims, especially piping bulks and specialty items and On-shore and Offshore Hook-up & Commissioning Subcontract reimbursable items
- Assists Cost Control Lead for Project Cost Control
- Reviews Offshore Hook-up and Commissioning Subcontract for monthly progress claims and invoices on a reimbursable basis and subsequent clarifications with the Subcontractor and timely approval for payment
- Prepares claim to the Client for Offshore Hook-up and Commissioning work on a monthly basis and subsequent following up and clarifications by assisting Project Claim Lead
- Follows up with Finance for timely payment for Subcontract invoicing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcomed to apply
- Well-experienced in checking and verifying the invoices submitted by Subcontractors
- Well-experienced in verifying timesheets and supporting documentation for reimbursable claims and variations
- Proficient in MS Office App such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
