Job Description:
· Administer and maintain staff record
· Processes all work passes application/renewal/cancellation
· Worker wages processing twice monthly
· Perform payroll processing function timely and accurately including submission of Employee IR8A/IR21 for tax filing/clearance
· Prepare and compile monthly estimate wages job costing report.
· Maintain and update all the staff leave and medical record and medical claim summary.
· Process staff claims including taxi, medical and overseas trip
· Administer and manage workers’ quarters
· Performs payment of fines, renewal of company commercial vehicles parking. Road tax and application of access pass to work sites etc
· Maintain excellent filing system
· Assist Purchaser and Accounts Dept in data entry, sourcing, checking invoices and delivery orders
. Assist Contracts Department in printing and binding documents
· Answering phone calls
. Maintain Office printing equipment and amenties
. Maintain Office cleanliness
. Any ad hoc duties
Requirements:
· Minimum Certificate or Diploma holder
· Minimum 3 years working experience in construction industry (preferable)
. Independent, resourseful and has initiative
