WHAT YOU’LL DO
As catalyst software Renewals Specialist for the Digital Network Architecture (DNA) (https://www.cisco.com/c/en_uk/products/software/dna-software/index.html) portfolio of Software technologies is an exciting role, where the ability to collaborate is at its core and no two days are the same. As the lead specialist for your region you will be responsible for driving growth in renewals sales and crafting a successful customer renewal experience. This will be achieved by sharing customer value propositions for Digital Network Architecture (DNA) (https://www.cisco.com/c/en_uk/products/software/dna-software/index.html), addressing objections, adoption barriers, competitive risks, and highlighting compelling migration and expansion options with associated use cases value proposition. The role requires close collaboration directly with customers, partners and internal team members across sales, engineering, and renewals.
THE KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THIS JOB INCLUDE:
- Build, develop and execute a sales pipeline based on upcoming subscription renewals for near- term in quarter growth while running the future-term pipeline to work early and ahead of time on key future renewals.
- A strong sales competence and confidence when communicating the business benefits DNA Software provides customers.
- Educate and excite our Partners and partner teams on the DNA Renewals story, drive engagement and understanding of the market and build business development opportunities.
- Strong data analysis skills, supporting quote creation and closing renewals opportunities for accounts and working on EA (enterprise agreements) with software sellers.
- Lead and build sales opportunities - working closely with Cisco Partners, Solution Specialists, and technical teams to build a renewals strategy for key accounts.
- Use Salesforce.com to track current/potential customer interactions and drive progression of opportunities through the sales cycle.

WHO YOU ARE:
- A high orientation to detail and capable of handling a large volume of accounts, tasks and responsibilities.
- Experience in Enterprise Agreements and software subscriptions buying models
- Previous software subscription sales and renewals experience – beneficial
- Strong customer service, listening and presentation skills
- Previous experience working with CRM like Salesforce.com – beneficial
- A Self Starter / High Energy / Positive Demeanor / Customer Focused
