- Assist the Project/Operations team in all aspects of project management such as project work progress, monitoring, site supervision, checking of materials and workmanship, etc.
- Support Manager/s to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, meet all safety standards, and local authorities’ requirements
- Provide admin & technical support on Maintenance and Repair works. Must be organised and meticulous in expediting project works.
- Prepare and consolidate quotations, tender documents and budgetary costing for repair maintenance, renovation, reinstatement and A&A projects. To expedite and follow-up effectively and closely.
- Follow up on submissions of licenses / permits / documents are completed by contractors
- Submission of project schedule, weekly/monthly reports, filing and document management, invoice processing etc.
- Liaise & coordinate with users/consultants/contractors/vendors/tenants or any relevant parties on all site matters during and beyond office hours. Ensure contractor in compliance with Landlord house rules & guidelines,
- Arrange and conduct progress / technical meetings.
- Willing to perform frequent Retail Store’s site visits for inspections when required.
- Involve in A&A (Alteration & Additional Works), Relocation, Pre & Post Renovation / Reinstatement works.
- Assist in operations when available/required
- Other Adhoc duties by Management assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering or any equivalent.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in project works, preferably in public sector buildings.
- Proficient in excel and able to read basic design & technical drawings.
- Good communication skills & interpersonal skills.
- Able to work beyond office hours when required.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and tight project timeline.
