Job Descriptions:
- Lead and manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure, server environments, and cybersecurity measures.
- Hands-on technical tasks such as network configuration, server administration, and cybersecurity assessments.
- Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures for efficient and secure network and server operations, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to a team of IT professionals responsible for network, server, and cybersecurity functions.
- Monitor and analyze network performance, server performance, and cybersecurity events to identify and resolve issues, optimize performance, and ensure systems availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network and server changes, upgrades, and enhancements, as well as manage IT projects related to network, server, and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Conduct network and system security assessments, implement security measures, and ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulations.
- Oversee the configuration, installation, and maintenance of network devices (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls), servers, virtualization platforms, operating systems, applications, and security tools.
- Stay updated with emerging networking, server, and cybersecurity technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for IT improvements.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements for network, server, and cybersecurity-related products and services.
- Provide leadership in incident response and resolution for network, server, and cybersecurity incidents, and provide technical support to end-users.
- Develop and maintain documentation of network, server, and cybersecurity configurations, diagrams, procedures, and project plans for reference and troubleshooting purposes.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and regulations, and participate in IT audits and compliance assessments as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Expertise in network, server, and cybersecurity functions.
- Strong hands-on experience with network protocols, network devices (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls), server hardware, operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux), virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and common business applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, collaboration tools).
- Strong understanding of IT security principles, best practices, and industry standards (e.g., CIS Critical Security Controls, NIST Cybersecurity Framework).
- Project management skills and experience in managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide technical support to end-users.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, VCP, CISSP, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
