About the Role
Looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer for our Healthcare domain. You are responsible for the development and effective implementation and sustaining IT Risk Management programme. You will be a facilitator, an integrator of people, process and technology, and should have a track record of competency om the field of governance, risk management and control concepts. You will report directly to the Head of Department.
Job Description
- Develop and ensure the effectiveness of IT Risk Management, including frameworks, governance, risk appetite, methodologies, policies, and processes.
- Support and conduct the identification and analysis of IT risks, including monitoring potential emerging risks.
- Collaborate closely with business and function units to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
- Partner with stakeholders in risk assessments, establish risk strategies, and develop appropriate risk mitigation plans and risk indicators.
- Develop analytics for risks and dashboards for risk monitoring and reporting, providing meaningful insights.
- Drive risk awareness to foster a positive risk culture, enabling proactive risk management and growing risk competencies across the organization.
- Provide advice to management and working groups on IT risks and associated risk issues.
- Support the Community Care sector's cybersecurity program.
- Support the IT security awareness program.
- Responsible for any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Bachelor in Computer Science /Information Technology or relevant field.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in relevant field within Cyber Security or Information Security.
- Strong working knowledge of common cybersecurity management frameworks, such as ISO and NIST.
- Experience with IM8 is a plus.
- Hands-on understanding of the current cyber threat landscape, attack methodologies, and risk mitigation and remediation methods.
- Strong project management skills, experience in project planning, execution, tracking, and progress reporting.
- Certification in CISSP or CISM and/or related security certification is desireable.
- A desire to thrive in a hard-working, fast-paced and collaborative team.
- Great communicator, negotiator and team-player.
