Responsibilities
Perform the full cycle Sales Operation
Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
Liaise with sales and project manager to obtain missing information if necessary
Create, maintain and update information in reporting tools on daily, weekly and monthly
basis
Prepare weekly sales performance and status reports
Backup for document verification duties, capable of understanding various document
types and their respective verification SOPs.
Requirements and skills
Minimum 3 years as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent relevant experience
required
Proficient knowledge of MS Office such as Excel
Preferably with SAP knowledge and experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Diploma holder will be preferred with basic accounting knowledge
Able to work independently
Provide admin support and ad hoc tasks when is required
