Description
Responsibilities:
- Undertake HR / Admin tasks and projects related but not limited to: recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, staff engagement and office management.
- Ensure that all HR operational activities and standards comply with relevant acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
- Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance.
- Process and prepare all types of employment-related letters including employment contracts, confirmation letters and termination letters.
- End-to-end recruitment: Job advertising, sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer and acceptance and on-boarding.
- Participation and logistics setup for local university career fairs.
- Management of staff benefits such as insurance and healthcare reimbursement.
- Responsible for planning, developing, and executing consistent internal communication strategies, campaigns, and narratives to drive excellent employee experience across the employee life cycle from onboarding to development and continuous engagement.
- Design and deploy a series of staff events, development programmes and campaigns.
- Management of HRIS.
- Review HR processes and handbook.
- Leverage employee engagement in Singapore and effectively communicating our strategies across all levels of the organization.
- Advise on payroll-related matters.
- Support line managers in dealing with grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters.
- Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or possesses HR professional certification with relevant experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Independent but love being in a team to coordinate with internal stakeholders for the end-to-end process such as communications for campaign publicity, handling logistics and ironing out itinerary matters.
- Strong stakeholder management/influencing skills with demonstrated track record and experience in storytelling and proactive communications.
- Confident, proactive and dynamic individual who is committed to delivering an impact.
- Self-starter with strong initiative and drive to achieve collective outcomes.
