- Establish and implement a robust QA/QC management system at the site.
- Coordinate quality inspections, including non-destructive testing, with subcontractors and vendors.
- Engage with the customer's representative on all quality matters and ensure alignment with specifications.
- Manage distribution of relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors.
- Participate in internal and external audits, coordinate inspections, and address nonconformance reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, coordinate with the construction manager, and conduct weekly QA/QC meetings with subcontractors.
