The Relationship Management department manages Private HNWI Clients and active traders and the Relationship Manager is responsible for managing the clients interaction with Saxo with the purpose of retaining the clients and develop the relationship.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage the client interaction to keep client attrition to a minimum. The Relationship Manager is clients ambassador in Saxo’s value chain
Manage assigned client portfolio successfully based on factors such as retention, growth, upgrade, reactivation
Participate in client events and organize clients educational seminars
Assisting with communicating to clients about new product releases
and/or changes to their account
Assisting the client with risk related matters caused by e.g. margin increase, system changes etc.
Ensuring that new clients are able to trade independently on the various platforms
Conduct regular account reviews with Sales and Sales Trading to develop the account
Carrying out any further tasks for which the qualifications and experience of a Relationship Manager are suited as directed by Saxo Capital Markets
Requirements:
Degree holder with minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.
Candidate who already possess CMFAS Module 1B, 2A, 5, 6, 6A will have added advantage.
Strong understanding of Saxo’s products and services
Enjoy engaging with clients and colleagues
Able to speak fluently and write in English and additional languages are considered an advantage
Customer-service oriented and able to multi task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment
Work independently and manage task and time based on the given KPI’s
Good team player
