As a Guest Relations Officer, we rely on you to:
Enhance guest relations and loyalty scores
Provide support to ensure a smooth and efficient Guest Relations Operation
Handle all guest requests in a timely, professional and efficient manner
Provide all-rounded guest services such as checking in and out
Contribute towards a memorable dining experience for all guests.

Minimum one year experience in the hospitality industry.
Prior experience in a similar front-facing role, hospitality, luxury retail, or airline industry would be advantageous
Confident and charismatic personality with great attitude towards customer
Attention to detail and ability to prioritise and multitask
Required to perform shift work including weekday evenings, weekends & public holidays
