Responsibilities
- Perform the full cycle Sales Operation.
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Liaise with sales and project manager to obtain missing information if necessary.
- Create, maintain and update information in reporting tools on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Prepare weekly sales performance and status reports.
- Backup for document verification duties, capable of understanding various document types and their respective verification SOPs.
- Provide admin support and ad hoc tasks when is required
Requirements
- Diploma holder with basic accounting knowledge will be preferred.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent required.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office such as Excel.
- Preferably with SAP system user knowledge and experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Able to work independently.
