Job Responsibilities/Authorities
- Responsible for the overall upkeep of site area of responsibility.
- Provide leadership and direction to housekeeping, hospitality and any vendors regarding facility operations and scope/quality of services.
- Responsible in the budget preparation, tracking and analysis of expenses.
- Required to perform BCP roles as reflected in the BCP manual
- Manage positive relationships with all internal and external customers/vendors and independently resolve escalated issues.
- Support Workplace Lead in leading, manage and supervise minor A&A and fit-outs for projects.
- Manage stakeholders and financials related to the project.
- Responsible and oversee Security Team for the Security processes and ensuring equipments are functioning.
- Coordinates with building administrator for various facility matters.
- Responsible for the maintenance contracts renewed timely.
- Coordinate and participate in fire evacuation exercises
- Supervise the annual inventory of fixed assets.
- Supporting Workplace Health & Safety processes
- Assist during emergency calls.
- Understand and manage Information Security and audits related to IS.
- Maintains Confidentiality of sensitive documents
- Ensure closure of all audit findings (ISMS Internal Audit, Client Audit, Certification Audit/Continual Assessment)
- Coordinate with vendors and provide site support during MEP maintenance.
- Travel from the office to from the office to various sites as required.
- Other tasks as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
- Singaporeans only.
- Bachelors degree/Advanced Diploma in Facilities & Project Management, Business Management or similar.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facility & project management, or equivalent.
- Facility management, project management or finance experience would be an advantage.
- Proficient in standard MS Office Outlook/Excel/Power Point/Teams.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbally.
- Posses analytical, disciplined, strong attention to details and inquisitive nature.
- Ability to perform with initiative, enthusiasm and team spirit.
- Customer service oriented, friendly and presentable.
- Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize work to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong project management skills, time management skills and a team player.
- Able to multi-task, work under pressure and complete project within a set duration and budget.
Job location and details:
- Location: North Bridge Road
- Work hours: 5.5 day work week, Mon-Fri (8:30am-5:30pm), alternate Sat (8:30am-12:30pm)
- Attire: Office attire
