We are seeking a talented CAD Drafter for our design studio in Singapore, to work on luxury and boutique hospitality projects internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for design and preparation of detailed drawings, design development, and construction documents and project oversight.
2. Design development, architectual CAD and drafting, and detailing on a wide variety of diverse hospitality projects.
3. Responsible for rendered plans and section elevations, translating concept designs into working documents for all phases of the process.
4. Technical and product research & review with design team.
Our Requirement:
1. Bachelor or Master degree in Interior Design or Architecture
2. At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required
3. Ability to meet deadlines
4. Knowledge of furniture/fabrics/lighting elements, construction materials, details, methods & standard
5. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to details (important!)
7. Should have good knowledge of drawing preparation & organization
8. Mist be proficient in CAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office products.
