Job Requirements
- Assist in project meetings, ensuring effective communication of project progress, tasks, and team involvement.
- Assist in project financials and oversee vendor quotations, invoicing, and Goods Receipts.
- Organize town halls and team events across various projects.
- Facilitate the onboarding/offboarding processes for new and departing team.
- Third Party Vendor Management
Requirements
- Min. Diploma/Degree and above with relevant IT working experience
- Willing to learn and good work attitude
- Must have knowledge in basic IT skills, Application systems
- Preferred to have SQL , Linux skills
