As the point of first contact, the Client Service Executive plays a crucial role as a representative of our organisation. The individual has to be approachable and customer oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Representing the Centre’s front-line contact with customers and referring enquiries accordingly
- Handling of registrations and careful keeping of client records, updating and maintaining of client database
- Scheduling appointments
- Handling over the counter payments, simple invoicing and settlement of accounts at the end of the day
- Tracking and maintenance of psychological test materials
- Dispense medication, top up stocks and assist with stock-keeping in clinic (upon completion of training)
- Simple secretarial support to various consultants on an ad-hoc basis
- Simple housekeeping and sanitisation of the waiting area and clinical rooms
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Administrative support to Head of Operations
Requirements:
- Diploma, GCE A / O / N Level, NITEC
- Meticulous, self-motivated, resourceful and independent individual who possesses strong administration, coordination, organisational, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheet, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Good command of spoken and written English/Mandarin
- Able to liaise with multi-racial clients
- Relevant work experience in Healthcare/Clinic will be an advantage
- Office hours, 5.5-day work week
