Job Description
- Establish proper atmosphere and efficiency in the dining room.
- Ensure proper orderliness and cleanliness of Restaurant.
- Recognise regular guests and highlight the management about the particular guest’s preferences.
- Ensure that no outstanding bills stay on the system, and account for all voided checks.
- Answer questions about the menu, including the preparation of the dishes when asked by the customers.
- Serve food and drinks to the customers.
- Oversee and train waiters and waitresses.
